my William A Stoner had 2 brothers.(Giles & Ed W).William also had 2
sisters(Mary A & Mandy J).I don't know the exact year he came to
asheville,nc but I do know he married Della Reddick here in Asheville
in 1898.I grew up hearing about kinfolks in Salisbury but it was my
mother Pleatie and her cousin Vera who used to go visit.My mother used to visit 2 sisters;they wrer named Willie Mae & Bernice.I think
they lived on Shaver St.Unfortunely both my mother and Vera have
passed,taking with them the connections they possessed.As far as the
remaining elderly cousins are concerned they can rember hearing about Giles but can't remember details of his family.
