Hello Jennifer:

Strangely, the surnames of Jones, Butler, and Campbell are on both sides of my family. Jones and Butler were the married names of my grandmother and her sister on my maternal side and Campbell on my paternal side. We had family living in the Rochester, New York area who were related to the Campbell's.

My question is where did the Campbell's orginate from and what information do you have on Samuel P. Jones? Both of these families related to me migrated from the Commonwealth of Virginia, namely Culpeper and (I believe) Sussex County, respectively.

I have no birthdate for Samuel Jones, you know, like looking for a needle in a haystack, being, anything and everything, you must trace for a clue...(LOL)!
