Yes, they are the correct James and Queen that you found. I have been trying to find them in 1910 and 1920, thinking that they may have moved with around with their son, Eugene. Eugene was the author of "Once a Methodist, Now a Baptist: Why?" which can be found online at the following site:

Someone told me a long time ago that Eugene Carter was in Pensacola, FL in 1920 and according to him, he was a pastor at a church in Pensacola for 2yrs in his early years as a minister. Apparently, he returned and was there in 1920. I don't know what happened to his parents. I was just trying to see if they followed him as I haven't found them in the death index for Alabama.
