Are PA death certificates $28? I was recently at PA Vital Stats webstie and it says $9 each for a mail request and an additional $7 for a fax request using a credit card. Is the website not current? I always do mail request even though they "sometimes" take longer. I know online request are more expensive.

I plan to order a 1970 death certificate for my uncle soon from PA.
