Thanks for all the great stories. I just came back from my family reunion and my one wish is to have a picture of my grandmother Hattie Lewis Underwood and I know that I will find it one day. Just collecting my thoughts about the reunion, but it was GREAT. There is an older cousin that knows a lot. I am going to give her a call. The best thing is that this was the first reunion that a lot of young people came to. Our next one is scheduled for Chicago and 3 cousins (younger generation will be making the plans). It was just gratifying to see my mom talking to all of our first cousins. They had family trees in the book that was given to us, so this should help me some with my research. Will post more later.
