I am fortunate because most of my Kin are happy I am doing this but they seemed to have forgotten until I mention a name and the memories come back.I had a "sticky" situation since my cousin had a baby out of wedlock after she was married and had two kids. I was uncertain whether to list him or not.So I asked and she said "certainly So. He 's still mine even if I didn't raise him". And all of her grown children know him, She is anxious for me to complete the family tree so she'll have documentation of our GM 13 children. I do have it and will present it in some type of book form for her 83rd BD in Aug.
The stories I read here make me more determined not to leave our ancestors 'undiscovered."
