I've been looking for a gospel hymn that includes the lyrics:

My mother prayed for me,
Had me on her mind
I'm so glad she prayed for me ...

My pastor prayed for me,
etc.

My sister prayed for me,
etc.

Has anyone ever heard this song? I really like it and don't know where to look.
