Whether tutsi/hutu stand for social economic classes or ethnicities is not really clear todate. Phenotypic descriptions have been found to be largely flawed. Neza, i don't quite get what you mean by tribes around you- if in Rwanda/Burundi which could those be? Which culture, language, e.t.c is that you talk of? What is your perception of tutsi?
