Dear Friends and Colleagues,

A couple of months ago, now, I began to publish a blog about how, through DNA-based geneaological research, we found and connected with a portion of the African family from whom my father's side was separated during slavery. They're in Ghana. The blog tells about how it all came together, and what has happened since, including a three week sojourn with these long-missing relatives, from which I have just returned. This has turned into an amazing, life-changing experience, and I'd love to share it with you.
