Univ. of Pennsylvania's: Critical Writing
![]() Dear Writers Forum: Regina's recent success as a soon to be published writer, along with a stirring inspiration from Char, underlined the talent and commitment of the Afrigeneas family to pen their ancestors' history. Speaking of "penning" I've listed a link to the University of Pennsylvania's helpful webpage. "Critical Writing." At first glance it may seem that it's targeted only to Penn's student body. Perhaps, but there's lots of invaluable advice for all of us to glean from this site. Penn provides links to schools such its own Wharton (my favorite business school) and Brown University. Brown's website, the link is directly below, entitled "Penning The Past: Advice on Writing in the Historical Disciplines" by Alyssa E. Lodewick provides important advice to the Afrigeneas Writers Forum. http://www.brown.edu/Student_Services/Writing_Center/resources/articles/lodeck.html I'm confident that the University of Pennsylvania's will be a great resource for our Afrigeneas family of journalists and authors. Good luck. Write Away
