Hello Carol,
For someone who is just learning how to use a computer, it may take a little longer for you to develop a website after you've obtained more experience with a computer.

Maybe for the time being, as you learn more about computers, I'd suggest that maybe someone can set up a webpage for you by Sept., and then once you are more comfortable with computers, you can start to add on to that one or do another webpage.

You don't necessarily have to be a pro with a computer to do a webpage, but you certainly will need to know certain things, or be more than just a beginner with computers.
