Re: the ramapough mountain Indians
In Response To: Re: the ramapough mountain Indians ()
Dear Peter knowledge is the key I feel that educating the local community about the local indians that live in the area will have a better understanding about who we are and maybe one day the community will not be so willing to judge us. Our children are our servival and we must keep our culture and tradtions alive through our children because I feel that they are the ones that will make a differnce. Whereever I go in this world I will be indian a Ramapough Indian I will honor their name and stand up for them we as Ramapough indians come from ancient Indian blood our ancestors left us a legecy to follow its our job to honor and keep our traditions alive so they will never die. Every day I live my culture I hold my head up proud as a Ramapough Indian woman a matarch, a life giver and I carry my life story. and my story is a great story one i can pass down to next generation thank you for your conpliment it touches my heart we must believe in our self. walk in the creator's blessing and hold your head up high kathy crippen
