dear mr Waldron, your instincts regarding your neighbors indulgence in gosssip, and myth is correct. I would be more concerned with living amoung persons with that apparent mindset.As a mother, granmother, educator,and ramapough tribal member, I can assure you that there is NO imminent danger for your daughter attending that school. Of course there are bad elements in every society, school, neighborhood,etc. The fact is that there is much more wide spread bad behavior from non native people. Sadly, the youth of my nation are far more at risk (based on your info)than your daughter could ever be. Please bring your family to our tribal pow wow (call ringwood state pk.for listing in july)it is an opportunity to become educated and in turn educate your neighbors!
