To your response to my post kathleen..the plains indians were forced onto reservations..not only by americans but from the mexicans too..we figure that the land does not belong to us..it belongs to our mother..earth..therefore the squatters rights for the plains tribes ( pawnee,Blackfoot,sioux,apache..et al) is inaccurate..the land does not belong to us, we belong to the land...
