You've done the best thing that you could do, which was to unearth the truth. Furthermore, you've helped your husband and children, by removing at least one brick wall and revealing their ancestry. Essentially it's up to each descendant to determine how he or she feels about it. Once you've revealed the truth, you can let it alone, except perhaps with your own descendants. The others will either accept the information, reject it, or hide it, as has been done in the past. Some relatives will eventually come to accept the revealtion over time. So don't fret about who will and won't become upset by what you've found.
