and I say again that the information i was disimenating was from one of may family elders (family legend), and true or not thats what he said.
As i said before there were numerous problems with what he told ne but since i am no expert i wanted additional input.
i guess from where i stand now knowing that the likelyhood that my ancestor was not souix what were the other likely possibilities for a single black-indian-white woman in the 1810-1850 range in humphreys county tennessee (just west of nashville)who looked indian???
