Update on Wayne Joseph: I saw a photo of him on the web, and he is without a doubt significantly black. I had a very disappointing and similar result on an inexpensive DNA test I took several years ago, and I am definitely black also, never mind the mixture. The shocker was the high percentage of Native American that showed up, I coundn't help but anticipate that there would be a high European component. My spouse had a real good time laughing at my expense. As I result, I forked over big bucks to have my dad tested and the African did indeed show up there in a significant percentage. As I understand these tests, even the more thorough and expensive ones, they do not show one's entire ancestry, what you get is like the outside of a book without all of the pages inside.
