In reading your question I imediately saw that you may not understand that "passing" folk are not willing to be interviewed while in the act of passing. You would do better to get info from relatives, but understand that "passing" is a secret well kept in the family. Rarely do we "out" passers. Twenty years ago my brother decided he had had enough of "second" class citizenship, and as he and I can easily "pass", he made that choice. Now freely I tell you that but I would not give any current info on him as he has made the total commitment to live "white". Sadly, socially I think there are still so many that make this choice.
