California Historical Landmark 570 that gives recognition to Negro Hill has not been replaced. The grave markers within Mormon Island Relocation Cemetery continue to recognize early Black California Pioneers as "Unknown Ni##ers" by our U.S. Government. The journey continues and soon come change.
