Miss. Charles Emily Wilson, 96, passed away Monday, July 24, 2006 at a hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Funeral service Sunday, July 30, 2006, 2:00 p.m., at the St. John Baptist Church, Brackettville, Texas. Interment at the Seminole Indian Scouts Cemetery, Brackettville, Texas. http://www.rootsweb.com/%7Etxkinney/is_cemetery.html Arrangement by the Sunset Funeral Home, Del Rio, Texas. After departing the church, the procession will travel to the Seminole Negro Indian Scouts Historic Marker where a brief ceremony will be held. The marker is located near where Miss.
