Does anyone have access to Abajian's Black Scraps? I have a citation from "Blacks in Selected Newspapers..." by James Abajian to an article in "Black Scraps" but I'm can't find "Black Scraps" anywhere. The complete citation is to "Abajian Black Scraps", 1:96, 3. The article I'm interested in consists of the recollections of Mrs. Belle (Freeman) Dixon (aged 85 in 1975) about blacks in the Portland, OR area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
