I agree. The dialogue for the Black characters are weak and cliched in my opinion and the characters are representative rather than pivotal. The true big screen,(or small screen)film with novel Black characters has not been done yet, though a plethora of such characters existed. I always wanted to be part of that first event, but there is so much good material it doesn't matter who is first, there will always be another good story to write or turn into a film.
