For anyone interested in the UGRR and the operators in Ohio & other states these interviews found in the Wilbur H. Siebert Collection housed at the Ohio Histroical Society are a must read.

The interviews are in a type written and also a transcribed format. They contain a wealth of genealogical information in addition to the "how" of operations for the UGRR.

On a personal note I have African American familial connections in Champaign, Clark, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Miami, Pickaway, Ross & Shelby counties of Ohio.
