I'm a teacher in Owensboro, Kentucky, a small town on the Ohio River between Louisville, KY, and Evansville, IN, looking for information specific to the URR in my locale, I have been in touch with some of the librairies in the area, but know individuals with a true interest in the subject often serve as a better source. Specifically, the immediate area around Owensboro - Daviess, Hancock, and Henderson counties in KY and Spencer, Perry and Warrick counties in Indiana are my focus.
