Naiveté? Ingratitude? Arrogance? Or utter confusion?

Those are some of the reasons that come to mind
when trying to figure out why the National
Underground Freedom Center would request $1.4
million in state money to relocate its main
entrance, or how it could possibly think that would solve its growing problems.

If people aren't finding their way into the
4-year-old center, it has less to do with their
confusion about where to enter and more to do
with their apathy about why to enter.
