I was most interested in your listing of black resistance to slavery in Louisiana and the various presentation made at St. Helen Island. Has there been any follow up in Louisiana to help preserve these historic events in Louisiana? Are there any groups working to preserve this part of our heritage and our history? We have a museum in Charenton, Louisiana (Charenton Heritage) and are interested in helping to preserve any part of our history and culture. Thank you
