() Congratulations!!!!! And a special hello to Ser Boxley.....a dynamic.concerned and dedicated person we had the pleasure of meeting at the 8th Annual FOFS/OURA UGRR Summit last Oct. (2003) in Chiilicothe, Ohio. Ser Boxley was one of the featured speakers and did he ever "light-up" the Summit!!!!
