When your Internet browser will not go to the URL's that you put in the address window, the first thing that comes to my mind is that your computer has been infected with MALWARE. At this point, if I were you, what I'd do is get my Anti-Virus software updated, then do a total and complete Virus scan of my computer. With all of the problems that you've been mentioning, I see no other way for you to proceed than to make absolutely certain that your system is virus free. If no viruses are detected and removed, the next thing to consider is to either reload your software or do a "System Restore" to an earlier time when you know for certain that your computer was working properly.
