It is not a GenSmart problem. I was not using GenSmart when it happened. I was using IE alone. I talked to my PC maker and they said that since I had done a clean install, it was hardware. I have ordered a new harddrive. Now I must wait until the 13th for it to arrive. My OS is Windows XP Home version.

GenSmart is wonderful. I have used it since November 2004. It alerts you when there is an update so that you can install it. I have not learned how to use everything in the program as of yet. I like the way it types in the names of people you are looking for and then searches. If you only use Firefox with GenSmart, it will take you to the search page, but will not interact. You will have to do the work your self, just as if you were using IE alone.
