Thanks. I have tried everything. It got to the point where rstore did not work, therefore the clean installation. I can view Ancestry images with Firefox, but Firefox does not do automatic look-ups with my Gensmart program. I can view Heritage Quest fine with IE. I can view Ancestry images with IE using the basic viewer, but not when I download the enhanced viewer. I guess the only thing to do is to unregister again and reregister and just forget about using Ancestry's enhanced viewer.
