I can not view images on Ancestry.com. Everytime I try my computer freezes and I have to cut the power. This started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have used the restore disks to get my computer back to factory installation. It still freezes on Ancestry images. Ancestry showed me how to unregister and register again. It did not work. Does anyone else have this problen or know how to fix it.
