I would like to back up the FTM to my flash drive yet my computer only lists "c", CD write and "floppy" The CD tray is dead so I cannot use it. The repair person is coming tomorrow. I have had no luck with Dell for they want to " format " my hard drive. After learning that would erase all my files, I said NO.
Anyone with any ideas on how to save this data to the flash drive?.My prayer is that this computer will last long enuff for me to get an answer.
