I was having trouble with my computer and warranty had expired. So I troubleshooted and uninstalled programs and drivers.To no avail. Dell was not helpful. Time Warner techs were not helpful.
So I went to the Geek Squad at two different places. They said nothing was wrong. They could not find the problem.
So I bought a new computer. 4th computer in 6 years. Maybe I am allergic to computers.
I was unsatisfied with Microsoft's tech's because of language problems, but think I will go gack to them because Time Warner isn't fitting the bill. I called last night and told them I could not log on and they said that the system was down. They had been down for 2 days. And it took 30 minutes of wait time to talk to someone.
They never sent a notice that they were going to be down to change over from Adelphia .Microsoft always sent an e-mail notifying you that service would be interrupted.
