Thank you for forcing me to look at the cd-rom with the user's guide that came with the scanner.

"To scan and use OCR, you need to use an OCR program, such as the ABBYY FineReader program that came with your scanner."

I wondered what that ABBYY FineReader program was about!
Why couldn't they call it 'Epson OCR program'?

Now, I'll have to try it out and see how editable the results are.
Then, I'll have to figure out how best to use this with my genealogy software.
