I usually just type in everything as I get records. My format usually follows like this:

1920 US Census Information - Police Jury Ward 2, Jackson Parish, LA. Listed and indexed as Frank Bolds, age 25, born in LA, both parents born in LA, married, can read and write, a farm operator, farm number 110 on the farm schedules, working on own account.
