I am so frustrated.
I just got off the phone with a very nice lady.

She said the same thing, she has no idea when it will be returned.

I suggested that they put in BIG BOLD letters at the top of that page when the return to reality would take place. They are usually extremely good at informing people about changes. I don't understand why this is such a mystery.

She was excited to tell me how to go Census by Census to find my ancestors. I explained that was exactly what I have been doing for hours and hours!

I asked for the Corporate Office and there is " no way to connect" to that office.

I got right down to it and explained that as an African American it is a BIG problem, it was about the only feature that could lead us quickly to our ancestors by county etc.

She mentioned that Ancestry was really excited about the upgrade to the " One World Tree" feature.

I told her that was lovely but I am looking for the TREE in AMERICA because our people did not come here with first and last names for ONE WORLD TREE!

She was extremely understanding but I told her to let everyone there know exactly how I feel about this situation.

They know that they are now "the only game in town" and I'm not sure that feature will ever come back!

I am sick, not just for myself, but for the beginners that will be frustrated when they see 29 people with the same name from Virginia.
