For a couple of weeks now when I do a web search while in FTM, the results display in the top left screen, but in the lower left screen I get "no results." First FTM tech said that FTM is working through issues with the program, but then said that my operating system, Vista, may be the problem and I may need to upgrade from version 16 to 2011. I have had both Vista and V.16 for several years with no problems, so I don't think that's it. Anyone else having problems with FTM?
