I just wanted to know if there was a problem with the death records database. Yesterday I tried to enter a female ancestors information and I received an error message. So I decided to use the email provided on the form because it didn't work.

Then I thought that there might a problem with my password. With that as a possibility, I changed my password successfully. After doing that, I entered two more ancestors' death record information. It worked like charm the second time.

I said that I was going to try it again today. I did and now it will not allow me to upload a record. I tried a new password but to no avail.

Help!

P.S. Do I have to re-enter the female ancestor's information after emailing it?
