Thanks for the replies. I currently have Ancestry and wanted to know what the experience was like on Footnote. I just discovered one problem with Ancestry and I discovered it with the use of Heritage Quest. The specific problem surrounds the 1920 Ohio Census and my great grandparents. So far, I am unable to find them on Ancestry and I have scrubbed page by page looking for the page number and ED that is listed on the Heritage Quest site.I have scrubbed through at least two EDs. I know the street they lived on. I even found it at local library and that's why I know it exist. I let Ancestry know but I have yet to receive a response. I just want the schedule attached to the information I already have.

I was just thinking about switching services but with the responses I will definitely have to think more about it.
