I would caution you against using an ISP for your genealogy webpage. People change services all the time trying to get the best deal or bundle and then you have to dismantle your website. You may want to consider TribalPages. A number of people here use TribalPages for their genealogy webpages. It's free and has tools for creating webpages. You can also restrict access to some content for family member but also have public content. You might want to look at Art Thomas's webpage for example. He has a great site and I think it's pretty much what you're looking. I was kinda hoping Art would chime in here.
