Check to see if your internet service provider, Comcast, Earthlink...etc offers free webspace or pages for their users use. I know PAF will create an interactive web page and I think FTM2009 will do the same. Then you can upload it to the webspace provided by your ISP. I also think Rootsweb and Genealogy.com will do the same.
