I still have a lot of the Broderbun CDs. I was thinking about your post while driving home tonight. I think the best way to handle this is to go direct to Family Tree Maker. Your computer might be different than mine.
Contact them through genealogy.com or through their sister company ancestry.com. I have made complaints, suggestions, comments, corrections, etc. to all of their companies. Ancestry has been partnering with familysearch to improve their document images and are working to improve on how they handle transcription errors.
