My profile

The forum keeps urging me to put information about myself in my profile but everytime I try the password keeps me out.I don't remember having a password and when I try to put another one in there it rejects it,a big sigh pop's up saying error.I have tried 2 or 3 times but I can't get in,what am I doing wrong.
