Have you attended one of ancestry.com's webinars (online seminar)? I have been at two of them. It is live and you can ask questions. A lot of my questions were answered; some asked by others.

I found that I clicked on the wrong item which took be back to the old search method. I've learned how to get back to the search and how to find my trees.
