Ancestry.com has a lot more problems than have slow response time or pages down. They've made some changes to their Search pages where no one can even find their databases anymore. There is quite a discussion going on over on their Blog pages, everyone is very upset with them, I know I am absolutely livid about it. Also, anytime you are having problems with their website, it is a good idea to check out their blogs because they usually have answers there and you can bring up the problems you're having there.
