No news to report yet. I need to take a visit to J&R Music World, but am not looking forward to the holiday shopping rush.

I did email the guy Josh Flowers who made the video to ask what he used. He didn't share any details. He suggested that I just go to the store and ask the employees, and to not be surprised when they look at me very suspect when I share that I'm looking for a recorder that can pick up the conversation that I'm having with the person on the other end. The genealogy project explanation is not going to fly, he said. LOL!

Sharon, that recorder sounds very interesting. I will check it out for sure. Will ask the folks at the store when I go.

Was hoping William Carson would chime in as well. I believe he works in the "sound world." :-)
