I am posting info on many different genealogy sites in order to reach as many people as possible. Sooo if you have seen it anywhere else, you need not worry. CALLING FOR researchers for the time span 1870-1960. Surnames are VANCE, PINKNEY, JONES, MORGAN. These are the surnames that lived in Johnston and they are confirmed members in my family. I have seen many of these names here on Afrigeneas, and many were not part of my family group, but we shared the same surnames within families. I have confirmed info of people from death certificates and newspaper obits. I know family migrated from Johnston SC county, and have confirmed names who the ancestor was. These are a few places.. Fulton Ga, Mountsville SC, Buncombe NC, Laurens SC, Newberry SC, Sardis SC. I am hoping the descendant cuzzins may recognize something here and start asking the senior members about ancestors, and one of them will find me. I will ONLY confirm information with those people who have the right questions because I definely know the right answer. Any one else NEED NOT APPLY. I am finding there are too many Scam Artist out here, for what ever reason, who will use any tidbit of info to steal a persons life. I am a very suspicious person. So 'lost cuzzins', if this is a surname in your family, you will have to do some homework. Black History Month is coming up. I would love to add new history to my family tree.
