After the death of Sarah Crum Davis, Jeff Davis remarried and his family moved from Lowndes County to Dallas County and settled for a short time in Selma, Alabama before he and his sons moved on to Pensacola, Florida. At least two of the children, Everlyner and Jeff Anthony Davis were raised by a woman named Sarah Dunkin in Fostoria. Grover Cleveland Davis married Henrietta Carson in Florida and adopted a son by the name of Jerry who was killed in WWII. Jeff Anthony Davis' second wife was named Lillian. All are deceased.
