I am an African American, born two generations from slavery in rural NC, My
grandfather, born in slavery, told me scores of "Ole Massa" stories.He
mentioned several of his relatives being sold to slave masters in
Mississippi and Florida. I am interseted in searching for my family roots.
How can I launch a search for them? What can you do to help me?
