This book is comprised of deaths and obituaries from more than thirty-five states. The majority of the deaths are from the states of Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Washington, D. C.
The cities of Pittsburgh and Boston are featured prominently and represent a large number of the deaths that appear in this series. The majority of the deaths in Pennsylvania come from the following areas: Beaver Falls, Belle Vernon, Brownsville, Canonsburg, Carnegie, Clairton, Columbia, Connellsville, Edgeworth, Homestead, Johnstown, Leetsdale, McKeesport, Monessen, New Brighton, New Castle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Scranton, Sewickley, Sharon, Swissvale, Uniontown, Wilkes Barre, and Williamsport. Deaths from the state of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia, are also featured.
This book contains an alphabetical listing of all the deaths that are featured in the book and concludes with an every name index at the end of the book.
